0.82" (2.1 cm) Brachiosaurus (?) tooth tip from the Morrison Formation found in Moffat County, Colorado. 150 Million Years Old.
I have seen hundreds of Camarasaur tooth tips and this one is one of a very few handful that are different. I have seen a few Brachiosaur teeth in museum collections and this tip appears to match but I sadly cannot garauntee the species. I think it is but I am not 100% sure. While many people claim a twist in the root is the only way to tell Brachiosaurus and Camarasaurus a part I disagree with this assumption. I have seen Camarasaur teeth twist, I believe the teeth are more triangular and a pointier tip.
